A Great Shot Of Our Upper Low

Good afternoon and thanks for dropping in on the blog. The winds, clouds and isolated showers we are seeing out there this afternoon are all from a mega upper level low.

This monster of a stormy system has parked itself over the Ohio Valley and is very photogenic. Check out the sat shot…

I posted that on twitter earlier and the popular response was “it looks like a hurricane”. That it does and it will continue to spin across the region into Wednesday and Thursday. This will give us a better chance for a few showers with highs in the upper 60s and low 70s.

The weekend still looks cold with the potential for an early season frost.

Have a great evening and take care.
