Good Tuesday evening everyone. Temps today hit the low 70s for much of the bluegrass state and this continues our streak of amazing November weather. That streak is about to come to an abrupt end Wednesday as a cold front sweeps across the state.
This front will have a line of gusty showers working into our region by late morning into the afternoon. Temps will head toward 60 before the rains get into town and then drop to near 50.
The cold air continues to filter in for Thursday and Friday with 40s for highs. There is an upper level disturbance dropping in here late Thursday into Thursday night and this should spark a few showers. There is a shot at some snowflakes mixing in with the showers and the GFS shows the mix potential…
This system doesn’t have much juice with it, but may have just enough to squeeze out some drops and flakes.
Have a great rest of your evening and take care.
