Good Wednesday everyone and welcome to a wintry day. These have been few and far between this winter, so our snow and cold lovers should be soaking this one up. It’s not like we’re facing anything close to a big event. But, we will take what we can get.
A period of light snow and some mix will be noted across the state early today. This has the potential to put down a small accumulation of slush for some areas. This will be mainly across the northern half of the state and will occur on elevated and grassy surfaces. A warm ground and air temps just above freezing will mean a lot of flakes melting on contact.
I have you all set to track today’s little taste of winter.
