Good Friday evening. A WINTER STORM WATCH is now out for much of central and eastern Kentucky for late Saturday night into Sunday for the potential for several inches of heavy, wet snow.
The watch includes the city of Lexington and points south and east:

You can see a very sharp cutoff to the northern extent of the accumulating snow. I am not certain exactly where this will set up and I may not know until I get to see the radar on Sunday.
Areas of eastern and southeastern Kentucky could be looking at a major snowstorm with totals approaching a foot. That would cause issues with power and trees.
