Good Saturday to one and all. Warmer air is surging into the region ahead of a cold front and area of low pressure. This warm air will also bring and increase in instability to the region and may spawn strong or severe storms.

The rest of the weekend will see a mix of sun and clouds for Sunday as the front works off to our east. Temps will be a little cooler.
A major warm up will take place Monday and carry us into Kentucky Derby weekend. Highs will soar well into the 80s with a daily threat for some thunderstorms.
