That’s the start of a mild period that takes us through the weekend. Scattered showers and thunderstorms become more common as we go through the next several days.
Things will come crashing down behind a strong cold front Sunday. This could set the stage for a snow and ice maker Monday night and Tuesday. The GFS is going in that direction:
