Good Saturday evening. We’re putting the wraps on a gorgeous day across the bluegrass state, so what I’m about to say next won’t seem real. Snow is on the way for parts of the region on your Saint Patrick’s Day.
Here’s what I’m expecting…
A Winter Weather Advisory is out for much of northern Kentucky for Sunday:
A cold front will become stationary from west to east across the state overnight. Much colder air will filter into the northern half of the state as precipitation moves in from the west. This will set the stage for some wet snow in the north, as the south deals with rain and temps near 60.
To make things a little more extreme… strong thunderstorms will be possible on Monday.
Enjoy the evening and take care.
