Good Saturday, everyone. Our weekend is off and running on a very chilly note. This chilly air will hang around through Sunday before we turn milder by early next week. That will set the stage for a busy middle and end of the week as a storm system rolls our way.
We’re starting out today with temps in the 20s and will end it with temps in the low 50s. Skies will be partly sunny with some high clouds rolling in. Those clouds are ahead of a cold front that arrives early Sunday and may produce a shower. The shower chance is very small.
Temps behind the front will be around 50 degrees on Sunday afternoon.
Monday starts a bit of a mild with temps closer to the 60 degree mark. This is ahead of a storm system that rolls our way by the middle and end of next week. That is likely to cause scattered showers and storms to break out on Tuesday.
The storm system will then roll from southwest to northeast Wednesday into Halloween:
Rain, storms and wind will be likely with this system. Temps will crash as we go into Halloween and that looks to give us 40s for the kiddos making the candy round.
A bigger shot of cold air looks to arrive a few days later as we head into the first few days of November:
