Good Friday and welcome to November. The month got started off with a bang with damaging wind producing showers and thunderstorms for many. Things calm down today as chilly air blows in for the weekend.
Wind gusts were greater than 60mph for some Halloween evening into the wee hours of this morning. Trees and power lines were knocked down and many folks will spend today cleaning up.
Highs today will be in the upper 50s to around 60 with a mix of sun and clouds. Winds will still be gusty, but nothing compared to yesterday.
A cold front moves in on Saturday and will bring a few showers with it. Winds will gust up as cold air blows in from the northwest:

Lows Sunday morning will drop into the upper 20s and recover into the high 40s by Sunday afternoon.
