Good Thursday to one and all. We are rolling into a gorgeous stretch of weather across Central and Eastern Kentucky. The timing of this looks to work out perfectly for those making plans over the Easter weekend.
This all gets started Thursday. Sunny skies will boost highs into the mid- and upper 60s for most of the region.
Highs on Friday will be back into the mid- and upper 60s and could make a run at 70 degrees. The only drawback will be the small chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms. The NAM shows just how isolated these might be:
That looks great for all those Easter egg hunts across the region.
The next round of scattered storms will work in early next week. That doesn’t look like a big deal and is on the cusp of even warmer air shooting in for the middle and end of next week.
That could make for some really warm days around here for the second half of the week.
Enjoy your day and take care.
