Good Monday to one and all. It’s a big week for weather across our region. Many of the kids are out of school for spring break, and Easter weekend is just around the corner. It continues to look as if spring is finally showing up. It’s all about timing!
A fast-moving band of showers will move to our east early Monday, leaving behind a mix of sun and clouds. Afternoon highs will reach into the 50s.
Tuesday’s highs look even better as many areas head into the upper 60s. A few spots might see a run at the 70-degree mark:
The weather Wednesday should be similar to what we’ll have Tuesday.
The next chance of showers and thunderstorms sweeps in on Thursday:
That’s ahead of a storm system set to plow through here to start the Easter weekend. The models are showing this system to be faster and weaker than what they had been showing. Right now, most models bring this through Friday, with showers and thunderstorms:
With a weaker system, temps behind that may not be as low as initially thought. I will keep watching that setup as the week wears on.
Make it a great day and take care.
