Tracking the early day-snowmaker

Good Tuesday, everyone. A early-morning band of moderate to heavy snow is working quickly across Central and Eastern Kentucky. It’s a very wet snow that’s falling, and it’s likely to affect traffic in many areas.

The greatest accumulation of snow will be along and east of the Interstate 75 corridor. Between a couple of inches to several inches will fall by the morning commute. There will be a very sharp cutoff to the accumulating snows. This probably sets up across the Lexington metro. The east side of town gets more than the west side.
