Good Sunday to one and all. We have rain sweeping across the bluegrass state today, and this action will kick off another busy week of weather across the state. Old Man Winter even tries to fight back in the week ahead.
Scattered thunderstorms may join today’s showers as they work from west to east. The greatest concentration of rain looks to be across the north and northeast:
Other models have that axis of heaviest rain just a littler farther north. If it sets up where that model run suggests, local high water issues will be possible.
The storm system rolling in from late Tuesday through Thursday continues to look like a potent winter storm system. I’m liking how the (gulp) GFS is handling this system right now…
That scenario could bring heavy rain, high winds and a round of snowfall to the region…
I leave you with your Sunday shower tracking tools:
Make it a great Sunday and take care.
