Good Sunday, folks. This weekend is exactly what the weather doctor ordered across central and eastern Kentucky. Dry conditions and pleasant summer temps are dominating weather in our part of the world.
This dry weather isn’t going to last very much longer as scattered showers and storms return to the picture. Storm chances look to increase as we roll into the week ahead, and the GFS is spitting out some decent rainfall:
Temps will likely average close to normal for the upcoming week. That’s good news for those of us who aren’t fans of true summer heat. That has been absent, so far, this summer. The CFS seasonal model suggests that continues for a while longer:
