Good Monday, folks. We are starting the week on another gorgeous weather note across Central and Eastern Kentucky. This nice weather will soon be replaced by a pattern that looks increasingly active. That’s code for rain chances will be increasing.
Highs Monday will generally range from the upper 70s to the low 80s, with mostly sunny skies.
A little moisture increases as we roll into Tuesday, and that can spawn isolated showers in the south. Highs return to the low and middle 80s in many areas.
A cold front gears up to move in by Wednesday. This front doesn’t have a lot of moisture to work with, but it should spit out a few showers:
Highs will be in the upper 70s and low 80s as another system rolls our way by Friday and lasts through the weekend. This could bring rounds of showers and storms our way:
The GFS follows that up with another wet weather-maker early next week:
The model then follows that up with another deep system:
As I mentioned, the pattern is showing signs of becoming very active in the days ahead.
Make it a great Monday and take care.
