Good Tuesday to one and all. Some big time thunderstorms rumbled across the region on Monday. These bad boys put down a ton of large hail and caused some minor wind damage. We have a small break in the action the next few days, but more storms are lurking later in the week.
Highs today will top out in the upper 60s to low 70s with a mix of sun and clouds. Isolated storms will also be possible:
Wednesday looks like a decent weather day with partly sunny skies and temps in the 60s. That takes us to the end of the week and another potent storm system moving in here from the southwest.
This system is being pushed by a strong upper level low that can create strong and severe storms ahead of it:

This setup will continue to throw similar systems our way over the next few weeks. As I’ve been saying for a while now, this is a very stormy spring we are entering into.
