Good Monday, folks. We are coming off a weekend that produced flooding across the southeastern part of the state. Thankfully, the rains are ending and much warmer air is pressing in. It might even feel like summer at times.
Leftover showers will be noted in the east, but the rest of the region sees skies slowly clearing. Highs Monday will range from the 50s east to the 60s in the Bluegrass. Track away:

Tuesday looks awesome, with mainly sunny skies and highs ranging from 75 to 80 degrees.
The numbers jump into the lower 80s by Wednesday as southwesterly winds kick in. This is ahead of a cold front, producing a line of showers and storms by Wednesday night:
Temps come down a bit by Thursday, but a surge of summer air is on the way for next weekend. This initial surge might be accompanied by some strong storms Friday:
