Good Friday, folks. We are dealing with scattered showers and storms as we roll into the weekend. This action becomes much more isolated this weekend, before ramping up again to start next week.
Highs Friday will generally range from 80 to 85 in most areas. Humidity will increase, and that will help fire up some storms. There’s the potential for a band of heavy rainfall to develop from Friday evening into early Saturday morning. We will need to watch for some local high-water problems, if that’s the case.
Here are your regional radars:
Highs on Saturday will be in the upper 70s, with skies trying to brighten. Humidity will come down, too, leaving us with a pretty nice weather day.
Another system might bring some showers and storms our way Sunday night and early Monday. This is ahead of another push of pleasant temperatures for our region:
Following that, temps are likely to moderate some as we head into the second half of the month. Can we get temps that are actually “hot”? That remains to be seen, but the summer trend argues against it.
Have a great day and take care.
