Good evening, folks. A Winter Storm Watch is now out for northern Kentucky for Friday night and Saturday. Here’s a look:
That area has the best chance to see a swath of heavy snow setting up to start the weekend. Here’s a look at my current thinking on who has the best chance:
The Lexington metro is walking a fine line between a cold rain and heavy snow. As of now, the snow may stay just to our north and northeast, but it’s a close call.
Outside of the snow, heavy rains will be noted for the rest of the state.
