Good Saturday, folks. Some very nice weather is with us to begin the final weekend of July, but this isn’t going to last for much longer. We do have another round of soggy weather on the way to close out the month and begin August.
Our Saturday is starting with readings in the upper 50s in many areas. Our day will end with afternoon readings in the upper 70s to near 80, with low humidity and a mix of sun and clouds.
Sunday begins the transition to a wetter setup. While much of the day is dry, late day scattered showers and storms will increase across the west and a few will make it into central Kentucky.
This action is ahead of another bowling ball looking system in the upper levels of the atmosphere:
Rounds of showers and storms will be noted ahead of this system through the middle of the week:
Locally heavy rains are possible in this setup. Temps will continue to run much cooler than normal for the week ahead:
Have a sensational Saturday and take care.
