Good Wednesday to one and all. We’ve flipped the calendar to August, but the same wet weather pattern is still with us. Rounds of showers and thunderstorms continue to target our region with little change on the horizon.
Just like the past few days, a few strong storms are possible with locally heavy rains a good bet. Temps will continue to run cooler than normal for this time of year.

This is basically a continuation of the stormy setup we’ve been seeing this week. Any one day can feature some strong storms with torrential rains. The local flash flood threat is elevated during this time, especially in the east.
