Good Monday to one and all. We are rolling into the final few days of August with summer temps and humidity taking control. Later in the week and into Labor Day Weekend, storms look to take more control.
Temps today are in the upper 80s to near 90 with a heat index well into the 90s. Isolated storms are a possibility…
Tuesday will be very similar to what we have out there today, so take some breaks if you’re outside for any prolonged period of time.
Wednesday will find scattered showers and storms increasing as a cold front drops in from the northwest. This front will put the brakes on across the region and hang around through the end of the week and into, at least, the start of Labor Day Weekend. The end result will be more in the way of rounds of showers and storms:
