Good Saturday, everyone. We are rolling through a good looking weekend with temps on the increase. Once into Monday, some ugly returns to the weather picture for our part of the world.
Let’s begin with our awesome Saturday. After a cold start, temps warm into the upper 40s to near 50. Soak it up, my friends.
Clouds increase on Sunday, but the rain looks to hold off until the late evening, at least. Temps ahead of this will be deep into the 50s.
As mentioned, rain arrives Sunday evening and takes us through a very soggy Monday:The next system is likely to bring a winter weather threat to our region. Low pressure develops and works up the eastern slopes of the Appalachian Mountains. The exact track of that low will determine how much winter we get around here. It’s still way too early in the game for the models to get a firm grasp on any of that:
The good news for #teamspring is the Euro Ensembles are taking on a better look once into the first week of March as it does show some milder air coming back:
Have a sensational Saturday and take care.
